We have different shipping options to suit your needs. You will be able to select your preferred option at checkout. All our postage is tracked to ensure peace of mind so you will be able to track its whole journey.

    We provide complimentary standard shipping for orders over $75 in Australia only. This will automatically be calculated at the time of checkout.

    If your products arrive damaged or are incorrect, please send us an email to studioycreative@gmail.com with pictures within 5 days and we’ll be able to provide an exchange/re-delivery for the same item. 

    How long will shipping take?

    Please be mindful that shipping times may take longer than expected due to COVID-19 delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

    Please note these delivery times are indicative only and we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, as once it leaves us, it is up to Australia Post to deliver to their proposed timeframes. 

    However, all of our orders are tracked, so you will be able to personally track its journey.

    What happens if something is sold out?

    If something is sold out and you would like to be waitlisted for our next drop, please email studioycreative@gmail.com or fill out our contact form and we will make sure you are first to know when it’s back, as well as potential lead-times.

    Can I send an item to someone else as a gift?

    Absolutely! All of our cards can be sent directly to you, or to someone else on your behalf. All you need to do is indicate it is a gift and leave a message for us to fill out for you in the order note box at checkout, and enter the giftee's address as the shipping address.

    Is it possible to change an order after it’s been confirmed?

    We aim to get all deliveries out to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to change it. However, if you have noticed that you have made an error in the shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible for amendments.     What is seeded paper?

    The paper we print our cards on are handmade. Our seeded paper is made from both recycled and post-consumer waste paper and embedded with Swan River Daisy seeds. It’s a labour of love!

    Due to this, not every card and gift tag will be exactly the same — that’s what makes it unique! Because we use handmade paper, there may be some tiny imperfections, but we always endeavour to print the highest quality products for you!

    Can I get a refund?

    Sorry, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges so please choose carefully.

    If the products arrive damaged or are incorrect, please send us an email to studioycreative@gmail.com with pictures within 5 business days and we’ll be able to provide an exchange/redelivery for the same item(s).
